John Boy's Creations is a family-owned woodworking studio in North Port, Florida, crafting one-of-a-kind handmade cutting and charcuterie boards using about thirteen carefully selected wood species for distinctive, functional pieces.
How I Work
I start by selecting hardwoods with grain and color that belong together, drawing from about thirteen different species. I then design each layout, glue and clamp every strip by hand, shape and sand the surface smooth, and finish with food-safe oil, so the board arrives ready to use, display, or give as a meaningful gift.
